Ingredients

Lamb meat balls
sunflower oil
2 tins of chopped
Tomatoes
2 medium size finely diced onion
2 cloves of garlic
1tbs of ginger
1 cup of grated
carrot
salt to taste.
fresh thyme, 1 tsp of oregano, 1tsp of rosemary
